Ein Spaziergang am Strand

(English below)

Today the sun is shining and you are at the sea. You fold up your trouser legs and take off your shoes and feel the fine sand under your feet. Warm, fine and pleasant, your toes dig into the sand. And you put one foot in front of the other. The waves of the sea roll over the shallow beach to the shore. Quietly and gently, they roll up, one wave at a time. The sun warms you, but your feet feel the coolness of the water. With each step you sink into the damp sand, small rings are circling your legs as you place your foot on the ground.

Small drops of water trickle from your skin and jump through the air when you pick up the foot again to take the next step. And these small drops of water glitter in the light of the sun like little diamonds. They are so small and yet so beautiful. Every drop has its own beauty.

The sky shines blue, small clouds pass by and you enjoy every moment. And you keep going. The sea retreats and small rivulets leave their mark. The water comes and flows back. Back in the big wide sea. In the ocean of dreams. The water jumps over the small sand waves and all traces that were previously visible are washed out with each further wave until they finally disappear completely.

If you turn around you see your tracks directly behind you. The further you look into the distance, the less clear your traces become. Did you walk there? Did you leave any traces at all? Sometimes you are not sure.

If you turn back to the front, you will see the beach. The low tide causes you to walk on a small sander lift between the water. Towards the shore, there are small shallow lakes where gulls frolic. The water is warm and pleasant there. On the other side is the sea, which is colder and rippled. And you walk right through it.

You just keep going straight, between the water. But do you actually know where you are going? Yes, just out. But where are you taking you right now? What is the goal? Do you always have to have a goal? Or can not you just run to enjoy? Easy and with well-being. Light and with pleasure.

Easy and with zest for life. Just be with yourself. Just be you.

Simply feeling the beauty of life.

Take a deep breath and just think of NOTHING and ENJOY THIS HERE and NOW.
